General Tso's Chicken....

I have been craving oriental food. As I was looking over the freezer case I came across Innovations General Tso's Chicken Breast. I have always love General Tso's Chicken. When I worked at the mall in college there was a little chinese restaurant at the other end of the mall. I would go down often (in rotation with Chick-fil-A's kid's meals) and get rice and General Tso's Chicken. It is spicy, but so good. I was excited when I found it at the store. I tried it yesterday, and it was so yummy. The Innovation's brand was even spicier than what I had before, but it was still good. I wanted to eat the whole box, but I was good and saved some for another day. Now I can enjoy it twice! So I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for General Tso's Chicken. I remember searching for a recipe once, but never found anything. The box also said that they make Orange chicken. I love Panda Express' orange chicken. I would love a recipe for that too if anyone has one. Since we are moving to a small town I will not be able to get any of these fun foods anymore, so I would love to be able to make them at home.

Little Miss Witchy Poo

Since my little girl will be born the week before Halloween I thought I would get her a Halloween costume. I happened upon one yesterday at Target. It was in their dollar section. It is actually a dog costume, but it is so tiny that it would be perfect for a newborn. It has a little black cape, and a black witches hat with purple fringe. It will be so cute on her. They also had little pumpkin hats that were adorable, but we decided on the witch costume instead. I can hardly wait to dress her up in her little witch costume!

Just like the movie...

A few weeks ago my girls and I rented the recently done Charlotte's Web movie. The girls thought it was great. We went to a local farm yesterday (so we could get out of the house). We walked around checking out all the animals. The girls were pointing out all the animals that were in the movie. When we got to the pig pen their was a cute pink pig with a curly tail just like Wilbur. I said to the girls, "Look! There is Wilbur." And just as I said it a big rat ran across the pen...."And there goes Templeton!" I said. We didn't stay around the pig pen long after that. The girls had a great time. The weather yesterday was perfect for a picnic at the farm.
